Description:   The Surface feature layer, as part of the ISC SaskGIS Cadastral 2008 dataset, contains the monthly copy of the GIS layer taken from Information Services Corporation (ISC) of Saskatchewans live geospatial database at the end of each month. The data is comprised of geospatial locations and attributional information for all of the Surface parcels that reside within the province of Saskatchewan. The feature layer identifies each surface parcel by legal land description (LLD), permanent provincial identification number (PPID), ownership parcel number, class code and geospatial location. The feature layer parcels have been derived from legal survey data and control survey points. This data is suitable for use in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Computer Aided Drawing Systems (CAD).
